I could not fault the staff, I would like to thank Gail and everybody there. The staff are really nice.

The dealership booked the wrong day so when I turned up at the dealership for my appointment it was wrong.

I was not treated very fairly on the first stage. They did not tell me why they left the service light on. They ignored me at the service desk and kept me waiting.

It was extremely friendly throughout. It was very good. They were very efficient.

The girl i dealt with was very good, but the attitude of the dealership overall wasn't good. There was lack of communication and they didn't keep me informed.

vehicle due to be picked up at 8.30am was picked up at 10am. customer was called at 3.30pm to say the service could not be carried out as was a major service.

There was a lot of things not done right, I have still got a warning light in the car, and there was oil all down the side of the car. There was also a fuse missing, which wasn't checked and noticed even though they said they had done the service.

We took my MINI in for a service - the quote for the work was 3-times higher then at a competitor and I'm not convinced that the work was completed properly.

The vehicle had been to the dealer 3 times to find out why the handbrake and traction control light is on.

The rear brakes had to be replaced after two and a half years and 24,000 miles. Also, the car has needed two new sets of front tyres. I find this poor. The dealership could only say the brakes needed changing because of corrosion.
