Harry Fairbairn always give me excellent service but on this occasion it was a level above. The car was needed for a trip and they pulled out all the stops to get the parts in and the car completed on time. I can't praise them highly enough.

I have bought several minis from harry fairbairn. This time was told a charge for courtesy car but when I questioned was told "would be waived on this occasion". Not great customer relations to suddenly start charging a customer after years of not.

Items fixed & looked at as requested. Only issue was told that brake fluid would require changing soon (within coulle of weeks) but couldn't do as light on car wasn't on yet. This is an issue as it means I require to take the car back.

It would have been completely satisfied apart from the finish to the cars paint work. Some over buffering and holograms on the paintwork which down to removal of protection and over buffering at the factory. My car is being detailed currently. (£350)

Although all staff were very courteous, I was just informed that a new tyre was required without any proof. Other companies will show the damage to the tyre and give reasons why it can't be repaired.
