Because I was treated well and had no worries
Staff were accommodating and friendly. Laura was so helpful with what was going on. The only thing I would comment on is that I called to seek advice a day Laura wasn't in and the other staff were really quite unhelpful as it wasn't there sale.

From start to finish Andrew did his upmost to ensure I was happy with the purchase despite my ever changing requirements.
I was looked after by George who was great throughout. Friendly, helpful, professional and in no way pushy. George and his manager worked hard to get me a deal I was happy with and car arrived earlier than expected! Process was all very easy.

As above I'm so disappointed. Received a car that is covered in scratches and chips that I have been told will cost too much money for mini to repair and is apparently suitable for sale in such poor condition.

Service experience was fine, however disappointed with Mini in relation to cost of service and the need for brake pads to be replaced after 14 months- not aware of my driving style having changed.
The sales girl Kay couldn't have been better,done everything for me including sorting my private plate transfer ,very knowledgeable about all Mini stuff and a nice person which always helps
I rarely enjoy buying a car however the guys at Harry Fairbairn made it an enjoyable unique experience and it really felt like a Mini branded experience not some faceless franchise selling different cars.
I had a completely smooth transition eg trading in my own car, completion of financial documents etc. On delivery day, Lauren spent time with me sitting in the car explained the controls and features.

On delivery we noticed that the external valeting of the car could have been better. The polish applied should have been done to a higher standard, after all the Mini product is not an inferior one felt that the applying of the product was rushed.
I was advised when I dropped my car off for his service that I wouldn't be charged for anything but yet when I picked my car up I was charged £82.
I was treated with courtesy and the service/health check was carried out without the time stipulated.

car picked up and dropped off from my place of work was so convenient. I would have been completely sat however when trying to rearrange my service date I was passed from dept to dept for around 20 mins and had to explain my situation each time.

The experience on the day was acceptable. However a fault we indicated with our car radio was not fixed on the day. Furthermore we were promised a call within a week to arrange a "collect and repair" appointment for the car which we have not received

I have been waiting on the garage contacting me for a month now regarding noisy brakes. Customer service called the garage and they were to return my call regarding having the car back in for a brake clean up, however i have not heard anything back!
The whole experience was seamless. The salesperson , Lauren Wood was extremely helpful without being overbearing in any way. I thought she had a very professional approach and lovely manner .
