This is not a complaint...but I didn't realise I would be paying when my car was dropped off. That was fine to do but I was in the middle of seeing patients at work and had to make a payment which I was expecting to do over phone. Advise before pls.

Was difficult to book the car in initially as the phone kept ringing out when I was transferred from reception, then I got asked to leave my number and was called back.I did ask for a cost for an item but didn't get called back on this

Good service. Would be helpful if the car could be left for less time, or if an am/pm slot could be booked. Also, I had to return the car for a full day on 16/5/18 because they didn't have the part on 2/5/18 to fix the fault I'd flagged in advance.

The staff are friendly with good knowledge. One thing that did stand out however is the truly awful new white tables that the service department staff now have, from a customer point of view not only are they far to small they look cheap and nasty.

I appreciate mistakes happen. Service advisor (Lisa) was brilliant, but following repair I have tried repeatedly to seek appropriate compensation without resolution. The dealer has acknowledged the error but managers will not call to discuss/resolve
