Despite the above. When I complained (a lot) they have waived the charge for me on this occasion and put a note on the system that this charge won't apply to me.

Second time car in for same problem. Rather cheeky lady told us we would have to pay if not same prob! Not pleasant customer service. Technician was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Staff & service great but as box 1 feel short changed by the service pack on the car. 5 year service plan which didn't cover the oil service to be carried out even though still nearly a year of the plan left & car has only done 49k (well below avg).

My Mini had a new timing chain fitted. The standard of the repair work as always seems very good. However, it's such a pity that it's a very expensive repair, as it's known that the timing chain is a weakness with the 1.6ltr PSA engine.

Have to wait extend period of time when heading in and collecting car. Also charge £15 a day for use of a courtesy car. Car came back with changed settings and not the same as handed in.

Overall I was very happy with the service I was given at the Mini dealer, however there were a couple of things that slightly took the shine off buying my first new car.

Having to wait a week for the sat nav to be activated in my car !When purchasing a new vehicle this matter should have been addressed before the car was sold . Very poor customer service I would have expected better .

All fine a bit of a mix up in that I asked for my tyres to be checked since I thought one needed replacing. This wasn’t initially done but was soon rectified once I’d spoken to your staff on the phone. Mix up with someone else’s paper work I think.

Initial buying was straightforward but disappointed with mix up over delivery date I arrived on date and time stated and car wasn’t ready which meant I had to re negotiate my car insurance. Staff were very sincere with their apologies.
